- 250 g soft butter
- a pinch of salt
- about eight tablespoons of finely chopped chives
- three tablespoons of lemon juice

- a larger bowl for mixing
Instructions for preparation
Step 1: Just put 250 grams of waxy butter in a bowl.
Step 2: Then add a pinch of salt to the butter and about eight tablespoons of finely chopped chives and three tablespoons of lemon juice.
3rd step: Mix all components to a homogeneous mass. So mix all ingredients well.
Step 4: Then pour your chive butter into ice cubes, baking cups or roll them into aluminum foil as a roll. Let your imagination run wild and bring your herb butter in a very individual shape.
